SEI Training (AZ)
All of our Arizona Structured English Immersion (SEI) courses are Arizona State Board-approved.
We offer all three of the Arizona SEI training courses. Click on any of the links below to learn more about our SEI courses, or to register:
15-hour Provisional SEI training for those who were certified prior to August 31, 2006 in Arizona or their home state and are teaching on a Reciprocal Provisional license in Arizona (Arizona State Board Approved). Chapman credit is available and corresponds to course EDUC9454B.
The Augmented 45-hour SEI training for the Provisional SEI Endorsement is the provisional SEI course for any certified individual certified/certifying after August 31, 2006, or whose standard Arizona teaching certificate is expired for more than one year. Chapman credit is available and corresponds to course EDUC9780B.
45-hour Completion SEI course is the class that every teacher in the state has to take. While it is generally referred to as the second 45-hour course, some teachers who needed 45 hours or 3 semester hours took this class first and actually need the Augmented 45-hour SEI course to receive their full SEI endorsement. Chapman credit is available and corresponds to course EDUC9611B.
