45 hour Augmented Provisional SEI Course

Please read this first: This is the 45-hour Augmented Provisional SEI course for teachers certified or certifying after August 31, 2006 in Arizona or their home state. Teachers in this situation need this 45-hour Augmented SEI training plus the 45-hour Completion course to complete the SEI endorsement. (Total: 90 hours)

Certified before August 31, 2006? You need the 15-hour Provisional SEI course and not this one for your Provisional course, plus the 45-hour Completion SEI course. (Total: 60 hours)

If you need 90 hours, and have taken another 45-hour SEI course, please be sure you know which you took, and which you still need.

If you’re not sure, click here and look at the table to see which course(s) you need. If you still have questions, we would be happy to help you. You can call us at 480-502-8250. Be sure to know your certification date and the course number of any SEI class you have taken so far.

What makes our SEI courses different than any other SEI training? We offer a unique delivery system that is entirely interactive, useful, and applicable to any classroom. It’s also State Board approved! The cost includes your SEI training manual, a resource CD, and tons of new strategies for teaching English language learners and all students. You can opt to take it for college credit, too! We have hundreds of testimonials on our SEI classes. You’ll love them, too!

The format of this 45-hour SEI training includes two weekend meetings, and some relevant, interesting work on your own after the first weekend. You’ll return for the final weekend, prepared to ‘show what you know,’ and gain additional valuable strategies for meeting the needs of all learners in your classroom. You’ll leave with an Augmented Provisional 45-hour SEI training certificate that Sunday afternoon, and a toolbox of strategies you won’t be able to wait to use.  Optional Continuing Graduate Credit available, which corresponds ADE-approved Chapman University’s EDUC 9780B.
